Saddle Up!’s mission is to provide children and youth with disabilities the opportunity to grow and develop through therapeutic, educational and recreational activities with horses.
Artist and Saddle Up! Parent - Sarah Clinton “My daughter experiences the world in a drastically different way, and in trying to understand her, and see things from her perspective, I have learned to tune into moments, sounds and sights that I might have otherwise overlooked. I use that new-found sensitivity and awareness when creating, often using colors and subjects that evoke delight or curiosity.
This show intentionally selects fine artists with their own unique style, giving you a glimpse into the way each artist views the world.”
Featured Artist - Richard Greathouse
Nashville resident and award winning artist and instructor Richard Greathouse has been selected as our Featured Artist and jury member. Trained at the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy where he also served as Director of the Anatomy Program. Richard continues to conduct workshops around the country while working on his own projects and various commissions.
